Since the pandemic in 2020, we have been striving to reclaim our everyday lives amidst a tangle of conflicting information and opinions—sometimes clashing, sometimes overlapping. This complex situation is reimagined through the motif of stripes, expressed in the form of a tapestry that explores both mental and physical distances.

This series, composed of intersecting stripes, was created out of an interest in the interaction of colors that emerges through the act of weaving. It explores the expressive potential of color, particularly using yellow—often associated with caution—as a base.
